 Post subject: Jib Boom pivots.

How are folk arranging for the jib boom to pivot freely? I want pushing 200 degrees free movement very close to the deck and would welcome ideas...

I think most people are passing the forestay through the jib boom and use a jib furling pivot like this one:- http://www.downwindmarine.com/RWO-Furler-Top-Swivel-p-91000329.html To get the boom lower to the deck requires getting the pivot fitting inside the boom.
