Re: FIXTURES 2020 & beyond

Might only be able to take the one day off work so just thinking how to get the most from it. I appreciate that it’s not an easy world to plan i...

Re: The 60s...

Great photos - very interesting to note what I think is the jib batten and the angle it is fixed at.... everything always does seem to come and go, with very little being truly new.

Re: Measurement Practice

Was there an outcome to this discussion? Or is it still a bit grey? I suppose the real test is, would a vertical 'bump' (when looking from the side) to meet the 275 measurement be acceptable as long as it meets the plan view restrictions? If not, do all boats have a gunnel that run out 1m behind the...

Re: Steve Nicholson Memorial

Well sailed Rob, good result!

Normally I do the Steve Nic but couldn't make it this year as I've just got back from skiinig. I will be at the Tiger Trophy this weekend coming, anyone else attending?

Re: UK Boats in build

It will be interesting to see at the Worlds next year if the transom shape has any real impact on results - even if it's just added stability when things get wild! Maybe one for Rob - Pre the current rules, was there anything in the rule book preventing these chopped transoms? How do the Razorback a...

Re: Weymouth Nationals results 2010

Hi Colin, I thought the skittles night was excellent - OK, partly cos I'm sadly better at skittles than sailing! But I thought it great the way it bought everyone together, plus great food. It would have my vote to be repeated next year!
